Account

Creating a Movado Fortisso account is easy. Just click the “Sign Up” button on the Movado Fortisso home page. After filling in your email, username and password, you will be prompted to confirm your phone number.

We only allow users to create one account.

We ask users to verify their account with an SMS code to make sure only the account holder can log in.

 

If your device can’t receive text messages, you can also request a verification code via phone call. If you are using Movado Fortisso from a device that cannot receive text messages or phone calls (such as a tablet), use your cell phone number and check your phone for a verification code.

Keep your information secure by using a strong password and making sure you never share it. Double check that you used the correct email address and phone number for your account.

Don’t click on questionable emails that don’t look like they’re from Movado Fortisso.

If you are not logged in and need to reset your password:

  • Click on “Reset Password,” then enter the email address you used to register with Movado Fortisso.
  • We will send you an email with the subject line “Reset Password.”
  • Click on the link in the email to reset your password.

Listing

Sellers should not post items of known brands without proof of authenticity. We may request additional proof of authenticity if we require additional information to complete the listing verification.

This may include receipts, serial numbers.

Browse Movado Fortisso to see what price similar items are selling for. A competitive price increases the chances of selling your product.

Different products will be more popular at different times of the year.

Refunds and Refunds

Your refund will be issued once the item has been received and inspected by the seller. 

Depending on the payment method, from bank to credit institution, refunds are handled differently. It may take 5-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account, but it usually arrives faster. In rare cases, it may take up to 30 days for your account to be refunded.

All returns must go through Movado Fortisso. We want to make sure the return meets the terms of our Returns Policy. If we approve the request, we will send a prepaid return label directly to your email account.

We cannot protect returns ourselves. If you do, the transaction can be completed regardless so that the seller’s funds can be released.

Once a buyer’s return request is approved and we send a return shipping label, they have 3 days to send the item back. It can take up to 24 hours to update tracking information after the item is shipped.

If you have not received a tracking update more than 4 days after approving the return, please contact the carrier to locate your item.

If your return is not delivered within the required time, the transaction will be completed and payment will be remitted to your seller.

If you are having trouble returning an item, please contact us immediately.

Is it safe to pay the seller outside of Movado Fortisso?

Did the seller ask you to pay him through Western Union or PayPal? Perhaps they offered to meet you in person. They may have promised you a deal, or you may feel like you’re helping them avoid the Marketplace sales commission. Making a transaction outside of the Marketplace app is called an “offline transaction,” and it can put you at risk: If your item doesn’t arrive as described-or it doesn’t arrive at all-our hands are tied.

When you buy through Movado Fortisso, your transaction is protected. The seller will only receive your payment after you receive the package and make sure everything checks out.
